The difference

In my years as a support executive ( just realised my job designation has somehow changed from operations executive to support executive ), I have met many nationalities of Masters. Being a lady does put me at advantage because they have to be "gentlemen".

Indian Masters - they like to call you "sweetheart", "love", "baby" and they are very generous with their words. Of course, they are also very polite. Initially, it will be "Yes, mdm.", "No, mdm." and as they know you better, they start to talk. And they can really talk ! So many stories to tell. They are very "restricted" in their food options perhaps till to their religion / culture /beliefs. It is difficult to order food from the menu for them. They say they eat everything, then when you ordered the food, they just don't eat ? They say they can't eat beef, no pork, no this no that. Quite difficult to dine with. They smoke plenty too. (Well, most of them smoke - even the non-Indians. )

European Masters - they call you "darling", "dear". Very generous with their money, probably because their currency is so strong - Euro. They do respect you but of course, they have plenty of pride too. When you offend them, you offend them for your life... Unlike the Indians, who complain but still obey, these european masters can be really stubborn. And they argue with you whether you are lady or not. They are not "restricted" in their food but they are fussy. They don't like this, they don't like that. They drink and smoke much. But to the ladies, they are quite a gentleman. Make sure, you walk safely, not fall, sit well, pull your chair for you, let you say your ideas - show more attention to you.

The Japanese - English is terrible, you can't really understand what they are saying. They drink and smoke so much too.
